This wasn’t his strongest performance but far far from his worst (1st debate 2020)

This was probably his 3rd/4th best debate.

Kamala’s snarky attitude will backfire, ABC being one-sided so will backfire, Trump did miss some points though.

Anyone saying it was terrible has not watched one debate ever by Trump. He did OK & she came off as insufferable & overly corporate

He was pretty calm. Hammered her plenty. Should’ve answered a few things more definitively. She evaded certain definitive answers as well. He landed some nice one liners. Overall she was super coached and offered little exact policy beyond “change” turning the page etc. dems have been in power. Typical Trump debate performance. Not his worst certainly.

Top issues to voters:

Immigration

Economy

He did fine on both.

The best Harris could do was a draw.

If no knockout punch was delivered by Kamala then Trump came out unscathed. That's why she's wanting another debate and rushing out there with the Swift endorsement.

Many of the people saying Trump lost hate his guts anyway.

Waiting to see the polling, but not sure we see much movement.

She's hoping the swift bounce leads to people assuming she won the debate.

Couldn't stand her, but I already disliked her.

At least I get that I didn't like the debate performance of the candidate I didn't like...

Unlike all the Trump haters.

Those should have been home runs for him. He got baited into going off topic, starting with the rallies instead of nailing her on immigration which is his strongest topic.

I thought the Harris campaign planned that out well.

I think she won the debate but I don’t think it was a slam dunk. She still needs to tell people what she’s gonna do. I also think he did very well with the foreign policy stuff. Also I don’t think it was enough to prop her up towards victory but she did help herself. I don’t think you can deny it.

Trump needs to remain on message. It’s still going to come down to the absolute wire.

I keep seeing people say this and keep asking the following question with still no response:

Which detailed policy of kamala's impressed you the most and why?

Immigration or economy?

She kept rambling on with her annoying voice that answered none of the questions.

As a debater Trump was better than the June debate tonight. In June Trump didn't answer a question for the last hour. Tonight he stayed on topic pretty well with some pretty slanted questions.

People are just upset that Kamala didn't shite her pants and die but that was never a realistic outcome.

On everything he’s an idiot with a high school vocabulary. He doesn’t understand shite and couldn’t say not one time HOW he would do anything when asked about policy. If you support this man it says more about you then it does about him.

I’m pro Trump but I think he lost. Not on his policy. That’s the problem.

She’s been painted as a buffoon who can’t string two sentences together. She was very poised, looked polished, and was on point with the narrative she wanted to push.

Now, you and I and most of tRant knows she was completely coached up. But average Joe blow American that was on the fence with who to vote for doesn’t. So unfortunately I think she won as she came off as the more polished candidate
