Quite possibly the most ignorant thread in the history of this board.

And that's saying....A LOT!!!

uhm, talent was not depleted when he came to Bama. Shula recruited some good players. However, coaching was depleted, especially in the discipline area. Using some of your logic, had JPW not fumbled in 07 at our goal line, setting up the winning score,we were 6-2 going into that game. Win,and we would have most likely played in Atlanta his 1st season. I'll give your defense credit though for causing that fumble

First of all shite for brains, I am not a fan of Saban!

Miles rode on Nikki's coat tails with his talent to the NC.

Has the program been close to that level since? No!
Has Less proven he can get it there.....NO!

.....Has Less brought in some of the best rated talent in th country over thel ast several years?...YES......
Has he done anything with it?? No he hsn't!

We won't have to worry.....7 - 5 and he will be gone!! Dumb shite and have a nice day!!Geaux Tigers!!

Say what you want. He did something no one has done since Paul D. in 58. He won a NC.

You are rahtardud.

Anyone that reaches the pinnacle of what they do, is not an UNDERachiever.

When you are a competitor, and you chose to measure yourself against the best coaches and athletes in the collegiate football world, sometimes you lose. Sometimes you lose to teams that are a sliver less talented, it happens in the world of athletics.

I am not a Saban or Miles lover or hater. I do however, love to look up and see two national championship banners above Tiger Stadium!! I will be damned if I discredit ANYONE who brought us to the top of our beloved sport.

Spoken as a true rant retard u r.

Saban kissed LSU off in dec 2004 and LM won his NC in jan, 2007. U r as dumb as dirt if u think Saban has coat tails that long.

Everytime u open your mouth you show yourself to be an idiot. LSU will not go 7-5, but if they do, LM will not be gone and your thinking he will be only shows what a fricking clown u r.

so what will it take in your mind for lsu to fire miles? that would be

8-5, 9-4, 8-5 in consecutive seasons. not the way the program should be headed. they play a 12 game regular season, so let's say 8-5 this year.

LSU won 9 games in 2009, was in the top 3 of the SEC, went to the Cap 1 bowl, and was ranked 17.

That and the NC has given him to 2011.

Roofdog is LHAO, probably lurking as another identity. All he had to do was write a few negative lines about "Sweet Niki" and the place goes to pieces. So predictable that I rarely come on and read any more.

I have seen this word thrown out alot from the Miles haters. You are all dumb asses. Mediocrity is something that developes over time. In football 2 years does not make any kind of accurate measure of a damn thing. Any kind of judgement on mediocrity or success has to have at LEAST a five year measuring stick. 10 is better. Then you can prove one or the other.

I've been told by a "leader" at LSU that Les won't be fired after this year unless we have a total disaster of a year. 7-5 isn't that disaster. His buyout is 12 Million, and nobody at the university or associated with the university has said anything about paying that buyout. There is only a shady rumor of some North La. Alumni trying to raise money for this. He doesn't believe that though.

Also, Les is truly at wits end with the QB "situation", and by situation I mean the kid who who holds on to the ball too long because he is deathly afraid of throwing int's. He's still not developing the awareness needed.

These are the "higher ups" words, not mine.

This, and what Les has said about Z Lee,leads me to believe that Les might actually let Lee play this year if he stays in school.

This shows how much your brain doesn't function. You think he's going to walk away from a 3.75 million dollar/year job because of pressure?
