What Do You Do With The Heel Slices On a Loaf of Bread?
Peanut butter sandwich.
I know how to make ends meet.

if we are talking about regular sliced bread from the store, I pitch them....
on a loaf of homemade bread however, the heel is absolutely my favorite part...making my mouth water just thinking about it...

serious question? do they make loafs of bread and just remove the end pieces? If not, why don't they do this?
This might be BS but I heard leaving the ends in helps hold the moisture in and keeps the bread fresher longer. Take that for what it's worth though

Am I the only fatty that puts the last of the loaves in the freezer then takes them out later to make bread pudding? Your grannies would be ashamed of what you are wasting by throwing it away.

I heard that if you let the outside heal meet up with the inside heal, have a few glasses of wine, a new loaf will appear in the morning.
Seriously, I was going to post your comment, but since you did it for me, I was left with my contribution.

I usually throw them away. If my fiance is the first to open the loaf of bread she treats it like it's another piece of bread. She makes a sandwich with one end and one regular piece of bread, this drives me insane...

Because of my reason above (which, again, might be complete BS) I leave the ends in place in the bag and take the regular slices out. Finish the loaf and throw the end pieces away

I do the same thing, which is why it bothers me so much when she eats one end of my loaf.

I think you are legally allowed to beat her in that case

I'll keep that in mind next time she touches my bread.
