What in my logic says that?
Georgia avenged that regular season loss by winning yesterday in the SEC Championship game when the title was on the line.
That's the same logic that says Bama had it's chance 8 days ago with the SEC West Title on the line and it lost.

Three losses, including losses to two teams in the playoffs. And a loss to an average LSU team after being up big. If they had won yesterday they would have been in. They had their opportunity.

The whole thing is everyone believes it is absurd that Auburn would get in the playoffs - yet it is blatantly obvious that Auburn is "more deserving" and beat Alabama in last Saturday's "eye test" that was broadcast nationwide. Bama had it's opportunity vs Auburn and lost.
This demonstrates just what a sham this committee is for giving Bama a free pass.
