I had bad tendinitis in one of my elbows back in grad school. Started taking fish oil and never had another problem. It’s anecdotal and maybe something else fixed it, but that’s my $.02.

fricking overcoming Monday.

DL: warmup then 295x1, 315x1, 345x1, 1st attempt at 360 had to bail because my shoulders were too far forward, 2nd attempt shaky, but got it all the way up, New 1rm 360x1

OHP: rethought my grip from Monday and decided to push up to my current 1rm. Warmup then 135x1, 155x1, 175x1 went easy. I will probably revisit the 180 attempt next week.

DB pullover: 3x10x65, 75, 85

Face pulls: 3x10x130, 140, 150

HS Rows: 3x10x140, 180, 200

Feel a lot better about the week with 2 new 1RMS. Currently 35 lbs away from the 1000 lb mark on the big 3. Hopefully I can gain on bench tomorrow or Sunday.
