This existence of aliens doesnt remove or disprove the belief of a creator of the universe or intelligent design.

I'm with that all the way. I'm just afraid that for many (if not most) who are religious throughout the world, especially orthodox practitioners I'd guess, that enlightened conclusion will take a bit of doing and time to sink in and spread throughout religious circles. The average churchgoer probably hasn't ever pondered that thought.
