I pay for a monthly 2A legal service.
The attorneys are out of Texas, but they represent all states.
They’re available 24/7, 365
If anyone’s interested in looking into their services, I’m happy to share their info.

I don't

I love it when people say that. What normal people have a stable of attorneys on retainer?

CCL insurance is a must-have. I have the highest-tier CCW-Safe plan and it runs about $500/yr. Card in my wallet with a 24/7 1-800 number. There are a couple others with slight coverage differences. MANY sites are out there that do line-by-line comparisons.

I wouldn't carry without paying for some kind of service. Texas Law Shield is who I have.
LINK for those interested.

Nope. I maintain carry insurance for this reason.

U.S. Concealed Carry Association is who I am insured with.
If ever there was a time to have it, next week feels like it.

I have a USCCA membership so they are who I would call.

You don’t have to have an attorney on retainer lol..
When you decide to CC, that is the time to start searching for Criminal Defense Attorney in case you ever need to use your weapon. There are plenty of good Criminal Defense Attorneys that would be more than happy to give you a stack of their business cards to hand out to your friends and family. But if you do need to call an attorney, their legal fees won’t be cheap.

The only time I have ever needed an attorney during my 40 years on this Earth was when I was going through my divorce. I do know a good criminal defense attorney though, should the need ever arise, but I'm not in the habit of committing crimes so I doubt I will ever need to call him for his services.

My cousin is one of the top prosecutors in my district. If I'm ever in trouble I'm calling him because he would know exactly what to do and not to do.
