Cheaper alternative to Crown Royal?

I don't like Crown, too sweet for my taste. But when I have people over, inevitably someone asks for it. Which canadian shite tastes most like it so I can placate these plebeians for a lower cost?

Northern lights tastes pretty close to crown. Lots cheaper.

you realize how cheap you sound now? it's 25 bucks for a fifth. If you're not drinking it, then it should last a long time. If not, your friends are fricking cheap skates are taking advantage of your free liquor.

Jim Beam yellow label is pretty good rye whiskey. One of only two that I know of. The other is Old Overholt and it is horrible.

Try James Foxe. It's Canadian whiskey and tastes like Crown to me but I don't drink a lot of whiskey. It is cheap shite so you probably would only find it in a shady cross the tracks liquor store.

LTD is the way to go. Ya should be able to find it at any ABC store. I can tell the difference but to me it isnt enough to give a shite about. And I have slipped it in on people that talk shite about me drinking it (just to see if they would notice) and they never noticed.
