It Is Korean BBQ and it is fantastic. In the meat section by the prepared dishes. It is thin sliced choice steak with onions and sesame seeds in a marinade. It is a tom of meat so you may want to portion it out. I cooked it tonight and it was very good.

We had this last night and also enjoyed it. It's about 3 pounds so we froze half.
Edit: I had the incorrect weight.

Did you eat it with some Kimchi?

I dated a little half Asian half Italian girl in college. Her dad was a dentist in the war and her mom had lived here ever seen since he brought her back. She spoke very little English. She'd stay on the phone all night every night, and never slept.
Anyway, she used to make authentic bulgogi and kimchi for me. It was awesome.

I was thinking about making sandwiches with it.

if you wanna get real korean about it:
white bread, toasted, little butter
cooked bulgogi w/ sauteed onions in with the beef
mayo and sambal (same company as sriracha, more of a pepper paste)
I thought this was only done in my fam but i've seen it in a ton of other korean fams. its delicious.
need to try the costco bulgogi though. if i can get a prepared item like that when im not around like an H-mart thats awesome. I def dont have time to be slicing and marinating that shite myself right now.

I've made it from scratch before and loved it. Would love to see how other versions taste.

I think I just figured out why I loved it so much. It has the same basic flavor of the steak sandwich I used to get at Inga's when I was at LSU. To this day, that was one of my favorite sandwiches.
