Costco quick and easy meals has come up many times in this board so I decided to start documenting the meals we are eating made entirely up of Costco meals or ingredients with a rating!

Starting with last nights….
American style Birria tacos with white queso drizzled on top.
Taste: 8/10
Difficulty: 1/10
Time: 10 minutes to heat stove top
Recommend to a friend: 8.5/10

The chicken taco kits are really good (9/10 in taste), and a great bargain (9/10 in price)- they usually run about $14-15 (sold by weight), and come with everything you need. I could drink the cilantro crema.

Not my picture

The chicken tacos are legit when we don't feel like cooking. Heat the tortillas on a griddle and the chicken in a skillet. I add supersweet corn and diced avocado when constructing.

Kirkland 5 cheese tortelloni with Kirkland pesto is fantastic. Only about 10 minutes of prep.

Their pizza is the best deal around after the hot dog combo.

They need to bring back more meat toppings.

The birria is already cooked. Buy some tortillas and queso and then BAM!

Some of those semi-prepared items are hit and miss. The shepherds pie is pretty good, as is the lasagna made with ravioli. But there's a chicken enchilada casserole that's basically nothing but bland, kind of dry chicken between a layer of tortillas with a little sauce. And the yakisoba noodle kit wasn't great.
But that Kirkland pesto is a real winner. Having a jar in the fridge is great for a throwdown weeknight meal, or if you want to get fancy and spread some on a sandwich.

It really is. I'll eat it straight out of the jar if I don't have anything to put it on.

I hear my wife complaining already and I haven't even bought the ingredients.

Good bachelor meal though.

Really? I haven't picked one up since the fall, but I thought they were usually just under $20?
