It’s amazing how much cereal I would eat growing up. I swear I’d kill 1/2 to 3/4 a box of cereal in front of the tv watching saved by the bell, California dreams and pro stars.
Now seeing what a portion is, I probably had 800-1000 calories of just sugar. Lol
