Have you thought about pregerminating? I soaked some Hancock Yukon in water for 2 weeks with daily water changes. I threw it down and put dry seed down next to it as a test. The seed I soaked has germinated but not the dry seed. ...

The cheaper Netflix plans would likely be your answer. I don't think the lower plans support 4k. It adjust automatically to connection speed. Also maybe you can limit the bandwidth to the device under your router settings. ...
