Flank Steak, oven temp and how long?

I am going to cook Flank Steak in the oven. I am trying the Cajun injectable (butter and cajun herb) with the seasoning sprinkled liberally on the outside.
Question is how temp and how long. Googled and got mixed info.
Thoughts?
(wife is the cook, I am trying to step up while she is at work)

Flank steak in the oven sounds odd to me, although maybe it would be good? I've never had it/seen it cooked that way. But of course, I'm no John Besch.
I prefer to sear the meat on both sides. I like my meat medium rare; 4-5 minutes per side on a 1 lb flank usually does it for me. Let rest 10 minutes.

Why in the oven? Grill or pan sauté it to medium rare, rest and cut thin against the grain.
Not really made for the oven.

You can cook it in the oven, but you need to braise it if you do. Just putting it in dry heat is a bad idea.
Put it in a marinade and braising liquid like beef stock, cover it and pop it in the oven on 325 degrees for about 2 1/2 hours. It comes out great like that. You don't want to completely cover the meat with the liquid. You're not boiling the meat. For a nice twist, put some orange zest in the braising liquid before you cook it.

The only way I would put it in the oven would be to put it under the broiler. Crank it up, flip it once, you can get a nice med rare flank steak.

Ditto. Get that broiler HOT
Sear on one side
Flip
Sear other side
Let rest
Profit

Set oven on broil, slice the steak in a criss cross pattern season with salt and pepper, five minutes with the door closed, five oven door open about thirty degrees.

I did end up broiling the bad boy....and surprising, the injectable made it moist and tasteful. The steak turned out quite good!
I can grill like a mack, but I had no gas to cook...so, oven was the best next option. I would had easily grilled that bad boy and seasoned it for fajitas.
