Always get mild, always pretty tasty. Last two trips chicken was pretty bland.

It’s called shrinkflation, or the employees don’t give a shite. Either way, it can be traced back to one thing.

I think I've found your problem.

Damn. What’s it like not having to pull around and wait on the spicy?

Got invited to the in-laws once for Popeyes, I bit into the chicken and immediately announced that something was dreadfully wrong. They took a bite and said it tasted like it always does, I then discovered they always order mild chicken. There is no point enduring Popeyes’ service if you’re not order spicy chicken, go somewhere else like Church’s and order chicken and save yourself a tremendous amount of grief.

A Popeyes staffed by mostly white people is a sight to be seen, that’s how it is in NW Arkansas.

Yes, the cajun rice tastes like doo-doo, and the servings are much smaller. The fried chicken (?, so small I think they are using pigeons) does not have the flavor of old. I haven't eaten there in at least six months.
