I’ve only been to two (that I know of), “The Shed” and “Bourrée” in New Orleans.

Most here knows about “The Shed”, they even have one in BR now. It was nothing special.

Bourrée is awesome. Every time I’m down there, I’ll stop and buy a dozen meat pies.

LINK to all places he visited in LA
That link is over a year old, so it may have changed. I’m surprised he has never visited Baton Rouge.

A couple here and there. I worked with a couple of chef's that were featured though.

Mike Kulick, the owner/chef of The Tattooed Moose was a bartender at 39 Rue de Jean back in the early 2000s when I was cutting my teeth in the kitchen.

Chris Stewart, chef of The Glass Onion was a sous chef @ FIG when I did my stint there.

I love watching the show to get idea for food labs I can do with my students.

A few.

We’ve driven up to Indy (not far from here in Louisville) for The Tamale Place (Season 12). They make them fresh every day and will run out if you’re not careful.

The Irish Rover (Season 26) here in Louisville is one of our favorites. We either get bangers and mash, cottage pie, or fish and chips (they bring in Icelandic cod).

The smoked meatloaf at Momma’s Mustard, Pickles, and BBQ (Season 25) is in our regular rotation as well.

Probably close to 20. Most have been above average. We use the show as a restaurant guide when we travel.

The OG Shed - wasn’t worth the hype.

Round Rock Donuts: Round Rock Tx. I didn’t know what I thought the donuts would taste like but honestly I thought Krispy Kreme or even Mary Lee’s tasted as good or better.

About 15.

Had an app that listed them and you could select the ones you have been to but it’s not supported anymore. It won’t even open so I can see my list.

If we’re on a road trip we try and eat at one rather than a chain food place.

Place is just warmed up sysco. I have no idea how this place gets any more hype than Geralds in Kenner.

I mean most places use some sort of food service. You can order quality stuff from here and cook it well.
