How to cook Billy's Boudin Stuffed Chicken Breast

So I bought 4 of these stuffed chicken breast. I was thinking of doing them for thanksgiving. I plan on spatchcocking a turkey and smoking it and then have the chicken breast as well. The turkey is on the small side I feel like I need to add something else.
So how would cook it? Smoke it, grill it?

If cooking separately, bake or smoke to your desired doneness. If going the turducken approach yoyo.

Thanks Doc....I think I'll smoke the turkey by itself, pull it off, foil it and let it rest for an hour or so. During that time I can smoke the stuffed chicken breast, and maybe bump the temp up a little bit to cook a little faster at the end.
I don't think I can fit the spatch-cocked turkey and the 4 stuffed breasts on the kamado at once.

Well that's interesting. That never even crossed my mind. Good idea, and quick

I just cooked some tonight in the oven at 325.
Rule of thumb. Temp of your cooker (smoker, oven, pan) does not matter an entire amount when cooking. Just make sure the internal temp of the meat is appropriate. Also note: lower cook temps = more time, higher cook temps = faster cook times with a risk of burning.

Have had great success by just using the oven.
