How well does fried catfish reheat in air fryer?

Sometimes better than it was the first time around

Reheats perfectly imo. Even when we get fried catfish fresh from our local eatery I usually pop it in the air fryer for a few minutes just to crisp it up a bit more. Same with fries, pizza, wings etc...

Lol, yes with all of the above. I fried some potato pancakes the other day, basically a flat fried hash brown, and then reheated some for breakfast the following morning and they had enough oil left on them they were damn near freshly fried tasting and smelling.
I used to hate on air fryers because I have a convection oven, but for reheated fried foods and frozen food Air fryers do an awesome job.

I guess I'm in the minority but I just love to eat leftover fried fish directly out of the fridge.

We got a bunch of leftover fried catfish from a catered dinner, and the air fryer kept it coming out like new for a few days.
Pizza from a restaurant is (to me) always better when reheated in the air fryer. I tend to like it crispier than some places serve it, and this lets me dial it in perfectly.

Cold fried fish is delicious.

Nah, I love leftover fried fish for breakfast. I'll usually eat a piece or two cold while the rest is heating up.

Slap them fillets between a folded tortilla, squirt on some mayo, ketchup and hot sauce of choice and........heaven in a tortilla.
