Go see Shane Martinez at KrazyKajun.com or in St. Amant. He’ll tell you why you want a couple 30 gallon rigs instead.

If you insist on one that large, call the folks at sugarkettles.com, maybe they can custom pour something for you.

Wow. Do you have a specialty burner set up for a pot that size?

More like the team, the band, cheerleaders and part of the crowd. 500-600 servings.

50-75 gallons would feed a hell of a lot more than a football team.

The unevenness of heat on a pot that big would be brutal to deal with.

I know they make 80 gallon pots. We used 2 of them for the EA band jambalaya fund raiser. I think the guy who supplied them might actually be in the pic. I'll try to find out where he got them.

Apparently made the 2 we used for the fund raiser. They belonged to the Jambalaya Festival Assoc. They were made out of pipe caps.

It would take a few pigs of cracklin to season that beast. Not to mention if you didn’t store it in a warehouse or the very least under a shed it would rust fast. Plus if not attached to a trailer you would need an Lull to load and unload. Can’t imagine the weight.

We are looking at purchasing one for a festival I am associated with. We have 2ea. 30 gallon pots. We’ve used someone larger pot on Fridays and Saturday’s of the festival but it’s no longer available for us to use.

I think for a typical weekend we serve 10-12 30 gallon pots worth of jambalaya.

That’s a lot of onion chopping.

My mistake. We currently own 2ea 50 gal, borrow another 30 gal. The big one we don’t have access to is 85 gal.
We sell all of these per day Thursday and Friday then all if these and one more 50 gal on Saturday.

Last time I was at Krazy Kajun he had a custom one in there he built for someone that was made from the end of some huge storage tank. It was on a trailer. No clue how many gallons it was. I would call him first.

unless you are feeding and entire army brigade or trump rally, what in gods name do you need something that big for?

and to answer your question, go to an fab shop that does aluminum and have them make a custom pot to your design

a shop i can recommend is:

Wego Aluminum & Steel Fabrication

73 Louisiana St, Westwego, LA 70094

(504) 340-9349

One would assume they can work with metals other than aluminum

If my calculations are correct(Stadium Rat please check my math) and you are doing on average 130 gallon pot size per day x 3, plus additional 50 gallons on Saturday that's 440 gallon "size of my pot", and at 85% "desired fill level" on the jambalaya calculator that is:

3,989 - 12 oz bowls
or
5,984 - 8oz cups

That is literally over a ton of jambalaya.
