Gotta go with the King, although it's way over priced.

Never had Jamba Juice but Smoothie King adds a shite load of sugar to their stuff.

You do have the option to "make it skinny," though.

most of smoothie king's drinks have way too much sugar...mainly because all the fruits are dooshed in it...and then they add more.

If you plan ahead you can make 10 times better smoothies. I'm probably gonna start adding a little honey as well. Try putting cinnamon in there, too. Great for you and add an interesting kick with a chocolate or fruit based drink.

they can rinse the fruit for you...
I used to work at one and still remember a few of the recipes. Still remember all of the secrets too

Yeah I know but it's still loaded with preservatives. It's a giant container of frozen fruit loaded with syrup. It just doesn't taste right when they wash them off or drain them. And 90 percent of the fruits are juice so how do you drain that? It's not real blueberries or papayas.
I like smoothie king and go from time to time for a gladiator when I'm on the go.
