Pellot grill 250 degrees until internal 120

Grass fed Beef tallow in hot pan for reverse sear


So i tried it…not really flavorful…id rather butter.

ETA: He does respect a bear steak, but it is no way superior. He doesn't mean to imply that on any level.

The benefit of searing in butter is you milk solids will brown while doing so. If you baste the steak as it sears the brown solids will cling to the steak & add a nutty flavor. It’s hard to beat
