Depends on which way I’m passing through.

Kartchner's or, just down the road in Port Barre, Bourque's

Going to Toledo Bend? Billy’s.
Heading home from Toledo Bend? Kartchner’s.

Kartchner's is waaaay faster so if you're in any kind of hurry go there. As far as the product I prefer regular link at Kartchner's, but the smoked link, balls and wraps at Billy's. But honestly it's splitting hairs because all that shite is good at both places. Billy's just has that constant 40 person deep line.

This. Bourque's is my favorite of the 3

I would kill for some jalapeno sausage and cheese bread right now.

Those stuffed pork loins are best thing in a store full of awesome tasting things. Kartchners by a mile. Smoked link GOAT.

Kartchenr's hog's head cheese is the best I've ever had by a mile.

I love it too - but my favorite is T-Jim's in Cottonport

Kartchners jalapeno cream cheese boudin balls are a must.

Their sausage is good too... and I always get a pack of gar balls and stuffed rabbit, but that's just me.

Kartchner’s was always my favorite. Billy’s is good but it always seemed to take way too long to get (this was the old Billy’s not the new modern store).
Link of boudin, a jalapeño and pepper jack boudin balls, 1/4 pound of cracklin and a tall boy is a hell of a 4 course meal.

I had some the other day, too.
Everyone is right about Billy’s and the ridiculously slow line. If it’s 10 people, be ready for a 20 minute wait.
The Kartchner’s are distant relatives. My mom is from Krotz Springs.

Bourque's
This is the best suggestion. Best boudin in the state.
