So we cooked a lot of wild hog ribs this weekend but our kids were called off for work. As usual they were great but I guess we froze too much for our senior couple only usage. My thinking is to make hog/pork ravioli or pork rib Chinese soup or bbq pork Mac and cheese or some great duck camp appetizers. Any ideas?

I almost always use the meat in some beans or bean soup.

Personally, I would make a bolognese-type sauce and serve it over pasta or polenta. But all of your ideas are mighty fine.

We decided on sloppy joes using the left over hog meat. Will let you know how it came out. Wife liked my other ideas except for the ravioli. A good cheesey potato hash would be good and maybe a stuffed jalapeño with hog meat and cream cheese.
