Louisiana Grills SL700 (pellet grill) question

This is apparently a Costco only model, and from the little bit of information I could find they are manufactured by Dansons which is the parent company for a few different grills like Pit Boss.
The SL700 is replacing an older costco only model that seemed to have a lot of electrical issues. This is a brand new model but it's on sale currently. I'm new to the pellet grilling scene and am looking to possibly start with this and work my way up to a rec teq.
It's a long shot given how new it is, but does anybody have any feedback?

Buy once, cry once. It's hard to beat the recteq

nice features for the price, minus no wifi.

I just happened to be at Costco and looked at the grill. It seemed fairly well made but not great. The one thing that I did notice was the pellet hopper seemed really small

From what you could tell, does it seem better made than a Pitt Boss Pro Series?

If you're new to the pellet grilling scene and ultimately want to end up at Rec Teq...why not just get a smaller Rec Teq...like the Bullseye.
Best 400 bucks I've spent in a while, have used it mainly for pork butts, ribs, and did a brisket a couple weeks ago that turned out surprisingly well.

I’ve never really looked at the Pit Boss.
