I grabbed a couple at the airline/old Hammond location. They only had 2 in the cooler and they didn’t look great so I asked the butcher if they had more. He brought out a buggy with like 4 more in it ...

I’ve had one for about 3 years. I have mixed feelings on it. I think it’s great at lower temps but I just can’t get that open flame sear on riot mode. The bottom is also starting to show signs of rusting out. I believe I’ll replace it with a Weber kettle. I also have a recteq 590 that I absol...

It’s all I use in my weed eater and blower. It’s pricy but I probably don’t spend more than 20-30 bucks a summer on it. I always had issues with 2 stoke equipment until I started using it. Weed eater going in year 8 with zero issues ...

I made pulled ham this weekend out of a pork butt. I cured the butt for about a week then smoked it like I normally would do pulled pork. Had several coats of a honey glaze towards the end. Came out great ...
It came out better than expected. I did a similar cure/brine method as pastrami. Would probably trim off the fat cap next time and leave in the cure for a couple of extra days....
