Making a boys trip in March and looking for some great restaurant recommendations to try on a 3-day trip. Open to pretty much any type of food that’s excellent with a great atmosphere. Would prefer locations that are in the mix and not far outside of town. Something easy to walk or Uber.

Staying at the Cosmopolitan.

There are so many. Depends a lot on what you want to eat. Look at Beauty & Essex in the Cosmo.

Had a great meal at Vetri the last time I was out there. Great views of the whole strip. Request a window. Dont miss the oysters and the gnudi. They were excellent.

gotta say for authenticity you can't beat the steakhouse at the Circus Circus. Guaranteed half the people sitting in the dining room with you are currently engaged in illegal activities.

closest i've come to a room full of gangsters.

Joe's Seafood, Stone Crabs and Steaks in Caesar's Forum Shops is very good, but it ain't cheap. Afterward, Caesar's has the best cigar bar in Vegas.

On the less expensive side Michael Symon has a great barbeque place at the Palms, Mabel's.

tons of good places and Michelin stars available in Vegas. My best experience was at Momofuku in the Cosmo. Tell them you want to do a tasting, they'll ask you a general range, and then let them go. It was a phenomenal experience for a big group.

Don't go to Eiffel Tower. Went there for the LSU game and was extremely disappointed. Food and wine was over-priced and not really good. I ordered a filet steak ($69) cooked medium and had to send it back due to being totally dried out. Guess what, the replacement steak was over-cooked again.
