He hit the 30lb bar for 20 reps today, but can still only push the 45lb barbell for 2 reps. Will move to the 40lb bar next week for 8-10 reps until it’s pretty fluid for him for 12-14. His stabilizers are developing nice. ...

It’s just me and my kids hunting the 200. The land is bordered by 1.25 miles of canals 25’-40’ wide. 3 sloughs that hold water with small levees surrounding each. Not much pressure from my 200 or the 500acres~ that borders it....
Starting to plan my offseason whitetail strategy. 200 acres with 3 box stands and a couple tree climbers. I want to plant some food plots if you guys have some recommendations....
