Okami Asian Salad kit at Costco - damn well worth it!!!

I'm not sure where else you can get these but I got a double kit at Costco. I was a little reluctant to buy it and didn't read the box entirely, you have to add lettuce, so I was a little bummed when I read it after I got home.
Added some spring greens to it.
