Spending a celebratory weekend in PC soon. Any advice re: restaurants? We’ve been to the MS Gulf Coast regularly over the years, but there seems to be a lot of turnover in the dining scene there. Thinking about staying at Hotel Whiskey, rather than an Airbnb, as we normally do. Anyone have experience with them? Thanks in advance.

There’s not a whole lot there. Shaggys is good for what it is. Bacchus is fineThe little shack by the beach makes good fish tacos. The Blind Tiger annex next to the gas station makes one of the best smash burgers I’ve ever had but they moved to BSL unfortunately.

Hook is our go to but lacks a view.
Sea Level (shack in the harbor) has one of the best burgers and fries on the coast.

We love Shaggy’s and TBT, and have been to both many times. Never been to Bacchus; probably will this visit. Appreciate the tip re: the fish tacos. One of us will definitely check them out!

An off the beat place is Long Beach Market and Deli. Good asian/fusion food.

The cigar bar on the main strip across from whiskey prime is great. Local hang out with a bunch of beers and a cool bartender.

Fatsumo is really good for sushi. Small menu, but nice none the less.

Some really good recs in here:
The best rec is probably long beach deli
Sea level (the food truck in the harbor is great and cheap)
You need to add pirates cove for a poboy
Fat sumo is pretty good
if you are celebrating something and long beach is on the table, add radish
