This is a character for sure. He comes up with some stuff. His videos are on Facebook and visits anyplace that serves red beans on Mondays.

Seems like just a baw from “the parish” who has been grinding for awhile and is starting to get some local fame. Happy for him, he’s better than 99% of the other social media “personalities.”

Never heard of him. Watched a couple videos and I could listen to him talk all day. He comes off as authentic. I hate watching videos where you can tell some cajun or faux cajun is really trying to lay it on thick for the camera.

Me lone criticism is that he doesn’t actually rate or rank the food at all. Sometimes he alludes to it being not the best, but otherwise it’s often difficult to tell if the food is good or not.

Plate lunches are their own category. I've never classified them as fast food. Call it deli food, hot plates, or plate lunches...all the same.
