Ha.

Quite simple. Go to Sams. Get one of the huge tubs of mayo and a huge jar of japs....la costena or something. Then pour all the japs in the mayo and half of juice. Put back in the fridge to solidy and bam your done.

Least thats what my buddies that work there tell me.....or they could be full of shite

Bookmarked. Regardless of whether or not I can copy the mayo, I can't ever get the gravy right.

Nothing like flavored mayo! I figured there would be oils spinning with special jalapeno extracts to make that stuff

I used to make jalapeño mayo when I worked at a different sandwich shop. Puree one jar of jalapeños along with about half of the juice. Add that to a jar of mayo with a little white pepper and garlic powder. It's not how Darrell's does it, but it makes a good jalapeño mayo.
