Replicating Darrell's Jalapeno Mayo

Ha.
Quite simple. Go to Sams. Get one of the huge tubs of mayo and a huge jar of japs....la costena or something. Then pour all the japs in the mayo and half of juice. Put back in the fridge to solidy and bam your done.
Least thats what my buddies that work there tell me.....or they could be full of shite

Last time i was there i ordered a shrimp and got them to throw BBQ Sauce on it and it was fricking amazing.

Bookmarked. Regardless of whether or not I can copy the mayo, I can't ever get the gravy right.

Thats one thing i can never get figure out. They smoke all the meat and take drippings to make the gravy. Honestly thats what makes it for me

Nothing like flavored mayo! I figured there would be oils spinning with special jalapeno extracts to make that stuff

I used to make jalapeño mayo when I worked at a different sandwich shop. Puree one jar of jalapeños along with about half of the juice. Add that to a jar of mayo with a little white pepper and garlic powder. It's not how Darrell's does it, but it makes a good jalapeño mayo.
