It's pretty scarce online. The only picture I found was someone on instagram who was also asking about it after seeing it at Wal-mart. I did find it at the Tennessee Department of Revenue.. It says its registrant is "Winery Exchange, Inc. - World Brews". This is the same company behind various beers that you see on the shelf that look like they they chose the names and branding out of a book of pre-fab templates, such as Barrel Trolley and Roscoe's. They have that vaguely ersatz feel to them even when you first see them and you just know they're not legit. Checking the reviews of everything World Brews "makes", they have one at 3.6, one at 3.5, and all the rest below that, so it sounds like they probably just brew a lot of garbage on contract and put different labels on it. On their site, they say they are a "custom brand supplier for premium quality malt beverages". "Winery Exchange manages all aspects of the beer business, including brewing, brand development, production, distribution, and retail promotion. We work with only the best beer producers around the globe and our standards of excellence have been recognized." Oddly though, Rockdale isn't listed on their site and I didn't find it in the TTB's COLA thing either, though I'm not entirely sure I searched in the right place or understand that thing correctly. Seems like if it has a label, it would be in there. And it's not on the review sites either. So maybe it's very new or maybe I don't know how to look things up properly. I also just found it at Nebraska's liquor control commission [warning, Excel file link]. They too list it as being by World Brews, and the date they list for it is January 26, 2016. Not sure what that date is but maybe it's the first date it was approved for sale or something. So it may just be so new that it's not showing up in all the usual places yet. Sorry, no ABV info found. But if they're pitching it as a light beer, I would expect it to be close to the other light beers people are used to, so 4.2%, 4.0%, something like that.
