Mustard greens , they are a bitch to clean and strip , but cooked down with bacon, onion, a bit of sugar vinegar/hot sauce is a true treat, I have some growing that should be about ready to pick

I like them all. Slow cooked greens, pot liquor, cornbread…

Turnip and Mustard - not a fan of the collards myself. Turnip and Mustard greens actually work well together. Gotta have some hot water corn bread to go along with a nice mess of greens though.

Mustard with some turnip greens....then add some turnip roots.

I use equal amounts of mustard greens and turnip greens, smoked ham, bacon grease, 1/2 cup chopped onions, 1 bay leaf, Tony’s seasoning, tablespoon of sugar…it’s good!

What about cook heat/time?

TBH, I don’t pay much attention to the cook time, I put about 3-4 quarts of water in a 12 quart pot and add seasoning, onions and meat, bring it to a boil and add the greens until they’re all wilted down and boiling. Put a lid on it and reduce the heat to a low boil and let them simmer for about an hour

Collards, but I'm not passing any of them up and cook all 3 pretty regularly.
