Vegan restaurant recommendations in NOLA

Can someone recommend a few good restaurants in NOLA with vegan options? I am not a vegan so I’m not familiar with which restaurants would be considered vegan friendly. I am hosting a business meeting and one of the guest is vegan so I’d appreciate any recommendations.

Trilly Cheesesteaks in mid-city and Kindred over on Maple are two good options. Kindred is 100% vegan but Trilly has meat options too if you're not wanting to eat vegan.

Lol, that’s exactly how I felt when told. He’s the “important” guest, that’s when he’s getting catered too

Never under any circumstances change the plans of a group to accommodate a vegan. They can find vegan offerings anywhere. They aren't special. I have seafood allergies. I don't expect people to mold their dinner plans around me because I'm not a piece of shite. If your vegan friend isn't a piece of shite they'll have the same outlook.

If you absolutely have to bend over backwards for a vegan and not let the rest of the group suffer, go to True Food Kitchen on Julia and St. Charles. Plenty of seafood and meat options, and good cocktails, while the one outlier who is obviously steering the ship will be satisfied with their wheat salad.

Saba is a good call. Has a small parking lot, too.

I suggest as others have that you select a restaurant with both options so everyone will be happy. I'm sure he is used to eating with non vegan folks and selecting vegan options for himself. Saba and Shaya are both good options.
