Getting my hands on 30 pounds of snow crab clusters and will most likely only eat half or less during the boil.. any good next day dinner suggestions on what to do with the leftover meat after?
Freezing the extra crab legs is out if the question bc the guy who is bringing it to me doesn’t have an ice chest big enough to keep them frozen on the drive here, and they will most likely thaw out by the time of arrival

Corn and crab bisque.
Crab cakes-I've never used snow crabs, but it should work fine.
Crab salad.

You are boiling snow crab legs? I want more details on that as I've never heard of anyone doing it.
Leftover snowcrab? You could make some sushi rolls. You could also do something similar to a lobster roll (sandwich), since the meat is kind of similar.

Throw them out. They are already cooked before you boil them, then you are going to cook them again, and get them to thaw out. You are asking for food poisoning. Plus the crab meat will probably be mushy.

Nonsense. Bring to boil for a couple minutes, and kill the fire. Cool the water and let soak.

Sometimes I'll drop some in the pot while boiling crawfish turns out great

I usually just eat them the next day or two cold but if you're cooking potatoes and have leftovers, make crab potato salad.

We steam them. If I'd already reheated them I would do crab salad.
