Zatarains hot sauce is better then Tabasco

Please use this on jambalaya gumbo boudin shrimp creole. Or a sauce piquant. It tastes better and has a kick . It's addicting. Wish I could use it on a po'boy.
Pair it with some craft beer I don't drink wine as much but maybe later.

Zatarain's hot sauce is definitely underrated. Everybody I make try it ends up loving it.

Tabasco is the most vinegar forward hotsauce. While I prefer others, there is a place for it when I really want a stronger vinegar element.
I haven't tried Zat's, but I would suspect it to be better than tabasco for this reason.

I love Tabasco but Crystal is more versatile IMO. Those are the only 2 I buy.

I love all the Louisiana (not brand, but state) hot sauces. Tabasco is my go to as it goes really well with a lot of different foods.

Well, Tabasco isn't hot sauce, so you're right. It's pepper sauce and should be used as a pepper sauce.

I am partial to Louisiana brand but I will use Crystal.
Tabasco is for tourists and cost 5-10X more than it should.
