These ads keep popping up on my fb feed. Anyone have one of these? Are they legit?

Have not bought one but they are probably at least semi-legit.
A lot of Raspberry Pi style consoles have emulators capable of running a number of systems including, but not limited to-
Arcade
NES
SNES
Game boy / Gameboy Color
Game boy Advance
Master System
Game Gear
Genesis
Turbografx 16 (PC Engine)
Atari 2600
Atari 7800
Atari Lynx
The total number of ORIGINAL games is likely highly inflated between the same game having multiple incarnations in different regions and there being quite a few different versions of the same arcade game out there which are counted as separate ROMs.
To give an example of some of this, I’m running a MAME emulator called Final Burn on one of my emulator consoles. There may be 1000-2000 roms for it but there can be 3-5 copies of the same game such as Quarterback (known as John Elway Quarterback on NES) in that package.
I also have some of those 600 rom NES boxes and those include a ton of foreign NES games from the early days as well as multiple versions of some games like Contra and TMNT 1 which have differences by region. (Contra is Probotector in Europe and enemies changed to robots to get around German laws on depicting violence)

Those ones with insert high amounts of games usually suck.
Best option is to build one yourself. Either with a pi or with some other small form computer.
The Mac mini is expensive but it would kill st emulation.

It would be for my daughter(8)
We went through the reviews and found a list of games.
Kirbys dreamland
Wild arms
Ace combat 2
Gran Turismo.
Those 4 games is worth the $50.

I'm not sure the best way to search this forum, but someone had a thread about this. They ordered one of these retro gaming consoles and provided a full review.
I'll try and search for it.
EDIT: Here it is: All in one system - Old Games
There was another one that included screenshots of the menus and whatnot, but I can't find that one.

If you are looking for other options you can search retro consoles on Etsy. I purchased modded NES, SNES and PS1 Classic consoles as well as just the hardrive options. I dont know about that one you posted in particular but the price is certainly the lowest Ive seen. Usually the lower end priced ones have a good bit of games that dont work and the controllers can be shite. But for 60.00 its not a huge risk.

PS1 emulation will likely be complete arse on of of these cheap chinese emulators.
Just an FYI

PS1 emulation can be done with a small amount of work on a PS Mini should you get one.
The stock unit isn’t impressive due to a variety of factors (poor selection of games, PAL / NTSC performance issues on chosen images) but there is a way to hack it with a jump drive to play any game and ensure you get the best experience possible.
IIRC, Wild Arms 1 and Gran Turismo 1 from the OP’s wish list are on the stock unit, along with other games including Ridge Racer Type 4, Metal Gear Solid, Jumping Flash, etc.
Amazon sells renewed units of these for about $70, but I’m sure it could be found elsewhere, possibly for cheaper.

Wild Arms is such an underrated RPG.

There is no telling how many hours I have in that game. I found my old walk through magazine at my parents house a few weeks ago and still have the original discs
