wanting to sell all of my older consoles

I decided to clear out most of my games and gaming consoles. My recent experience with Ebay has been horrific (really high fees and people cancelling too much). I don't think they are worth that much but would like to get some vacation money out of it if I could.
It's mainly GameCube, ps2, ps3, ps4, Wii, Wii U. I only have a few games with each of those consoles.
Should I try to sell it as a bundle? Any auctions sites besides Ebay?

Yeah I have only sold a few things on eBay over the years but it really sucks. I've done it usually just to offload stuff that had value that i didn't need or want. The fees are outrageous and one time years ago I had a buyer flat out steal something (they claimed they were sent the wrong item when they weren't) and the resolution center on ebay is heavily slanted towards basically always siding with the buyer by default and the seller is the one who has to do all the bureaucratic stuff. I did eventually get my money (I guess ebay just ate the cost). But it really made me see ebay is far better for buyers than it is sellers TBH.
You can see if there is a used/retro game store around your area, there are usually one or two of them in most major areas. Taking the lot in there and negotiating might get you the best price for the least hassle.
Outside of that you could do like a flea market or something, but that obviously is a bigger time commitment.

Friggin bought a Panosonic 3DO that doesn't work for $129 and a Goldstar 3DO for $80 also doesn't work. But they're rare and it was a thrill chasing them down to a somewhat reasonable price for a future project in refurbing them.
There's so many of these consoles on Ebay, best you can hope is $250 all together if some reseller don't haggle you down. Gamecube would be the best one. Bought an import Spice Orange $75 that my first into Retro Collecting.
You have any with a box and mannies? Those can sell high to the right collector ESPECIALLY if they are a special edition.
Mercadi is another app to sell on and WhatNot, do a mystery wheel with the Gamecube being the ceiling and a shite game as the floor. Each turn starts at $35 for bidding.
Also NeoGeo X handhelds are dogshit. Paid $150 for one, great price, only last a week before it went to blackscreen. So gotta repair that one now.

I would sell separately unless you’re really hard up for money. Gamecubes sometimes go for stupid prices. Do you have any games?
