Played there today and now I'm thinking about joining. Any members here who can give me initiation fee, monthly dues, restaurant/bar minimums?

Take a look at what goes into running a nice golf course (much less a country club). See how much money BREC has burned away and they do not have a Pool, Bar, Restaurant or Clubhouse. I am sure you can request BREC's golf financials.
I would wager than BRCC requires that kind of money and still doesn't make money.

And the course was redone in 2019? And I believe the pool and pool house were uograded as well in 2020?
