About 6 months ago I started taking AG1 and have been really pleased with it. Feel better overall and have corrected a few digestive issues as well. I’m on the road a lot and it becomes difficult to eat well all the time, so that why I began using. Anyway, my kids have started the Gruns gummy bears and are also feeling better. I was considering switching over to those as well because of the convenience, but wanted to see if anyone has anything to say about them. My only problem with AG1 is I always need the bottle to shake it up, water, and ice…which aren’t really difficult to get, but if Gruns are just as good and much more convenient then I may consider the switch.

AG1

Quite possibly the most over priced product on the market

I have a rule I will not buy any supplement that is composed of proprietary blends (hidden) where the don't list everything out individually and amount. I've heard many say AG1 is nothing more than a glorified multi vitamin.

exactly and like mingo said...completely over rated

all these things are nothing more than over price multi with a probiotic thrown in

thats like the tru height gummies...got parents posting they work..."my 14 year old grew 3".......sorry lady, but its called peak height velocity and the multi had nothing to do with it. only spikes in growth hormone(igf levels) while keeping growth plates open can make you grow taller.

OP...you are wasting your money and not hard to eat well on the road. Uncomfortable...maybe even inconvenient but not hard. especially if you just focus on the overall picture and hit macros, even things at McDonalds can allow you to do that.

McDonalds

There has been occasions usually on a weekend when I am going somewhere and am in a bind and can't bring my normal food. I hit up a McDonalds and get four quarter pounder patties and eat them. Can be a lifesaver in those rare situations for me.

Yeah it is, but I’m not beating myself up about the price. I could blow $50 on my kid easily with 2-3 trips to a gas station for Gatorade, chips, candy, etc…

If they aren’t getting great veggies at school and this is a way to supplement then I’ll be ok with spending $50.00.

shite even getting 2 triple cheeseburgers

throw buns away on one side, take napkin and get as much grease off and its not terrible

i used to get the grilled chicken breast, just the patty at McDonalds when on the road. get 2 and a coke zero and good to go
