The John Welbourn program. I've heard good things about it, but it's 27 / month just for the program. Anyone tried it and can give some insight if it's worth it?

That's kinda the debate I'm having with myself. I enjoy Having a program to follow, it helps me stay focused but I'm not looking to pay 27 for one. If it was a great program though I think I'd consider it. Looking to gain some strength and lean muscle.

Greyskull programs
Then read the greyskull lp 3rd edition book in the linked folder above. Follow it. When you think you have acheived all you can on the program....read this LINK
Eventually sure goto 5/3/1 or one of the other greyskull programs but its not needed and between the greyskull programs and 5/3/1(specifically the 5/3/1 forever book) you have all the programming you could ever want for the next 10 years to achieve any goal you desire.

One of my favorite programs ever. Love everything Power Athlete does.
I'm a horrible hard gainer; this was the first program I really gained on. My bench really improved here as well. Love their warmups:movement prep.
I don't get why people are reluctant to pay for a program.
You could always print the sessions for a few months and just repeat.
