Last year I did splits, worked great with my diet and had good results. Im still currently doing it. But my body has adjusted, and I am looking to change it up. Can someone help me out with full body workout plan mon/tue/thur/fri.. i have one hr each day. Looking to lean out, and get cut.

Look in the 777 60-day conditioning thread.

There is also Greyskull LCI.

All of 777's stuff is rock solid and will get results. I also like Candito's linear program and it fits perfectly with your days of the week, so I'll link it:

I recommend it a lot bc the paused work really drills down your form.

If you do it, I'd recommend reading his PDF, because it lays out how to select and progress with weights. Also, fully free. This link has the PDF for download:

Whatever you choose, good luck. Like I said, all of 777's stuff is solid too, so you can't go wrong with any of that.

if he likes candito he should run it. To me his and greyskull are by far the best designed LP because there is periodization built in.

I only recommended what i did because he said he wanted some fat loss too.

They're both good strength builders. Being experienced, it may just mean you have to plan slower progressive overload than a true beginner.

Good luck.
