for pure fat loss/body recomp and sticking to only GH peptides I would recommend the following as the absolute best route(can be expensive). We would use a mix of different GHRH and GHRP(and sorry if this contradicts any stuff i wrote earlier, i was writing in a hurry
First 8 weeks
morning-
GHRH- Tesamorelin- 500mcg - 1mg
GHRP- Hexarelin- 200mcg
3-4 hours later- repeat
Pre Workout- repeat and add 300-600mcg of BPC-157
Bedtime(boom dosing)
GHRH- CJC(gfr 1-29)- 250mcg
Ipam- 1mg(could easily cut this back
now this is all out looking at dosing every 3.5 hours or so. Combine with 4x per week lifting and 10-15k per steps today and results are rapid. Ipam could be used in place of Hex and CJC in place of tesa or run above and switch them after 8 weeks and just do 250/250 at each. combine with IF mainly protein and you will be golden.
it would look like this
- 6am wake up and take first dose and go for 45 min walk
-8am breakfast- lets say 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites, 2oz 96% lean ground beef in an omelet or say two ratio 25g greek yogurts or just practice IF and dont eat here
930-10- take second dose + 15-20min walk
1130-12- 12oz chicken breast and 50g carbs from potatoes plus veggies. 10 min walk after eating
430- pre workout- dose and then PWO have 100g of protein from whey
dinner- at 7. lots of protein(50+g) from a leaner source and keep carbs clean plus some fruit. so say 12oz lean ground beef or chicken breast or seafood etc with 100g carbs from rice. 10-15 min walk after eating
bedtime- dose
overall on lifting days you want to keep the protein very high, the carbs around 150ish and then low fat. on days you dont lift you can drop the carbs and hit more fat
doesnt have to be perfect but key is to take dose, walk as much as possible, wait 1-2 hours after dose to eat

well 1295 is weekly dosing and is better for anabolism phases i.e. bulking
both 1295 and tesa are the ghrh along with cjc(gfr 1-29).
tesa is better for fat loss and visceral fat, 1295 better for anabolism(at least is real world applications, dunno on paper)
the ghrp you would use are- hex(strongest and best for fat burning), ghrp2/6 for bulking, ipam for either as it is the best overall and the base ghrp
mk677 also works as a ghrh replacement during a bulk.
hopefully this helps. you can do as many dosages as you can handle/afford and do every 3-3.5 hours
you can google datbtrue peptide guide or dr seeds peptide protocol book in pdf form

also you can add anabolics for increased hardness/hypertrophy/maintaining muscle
can add in any glp1 to help maintain diet. Tirz and Reta being preferred by BB community for this
can add in igf for both hypertrophy and fat loss
can add ECA stack too since the GH stack doesnt do anything to increase metabolism, same with glp-1

For the progressive fat loss section where it mentions 100mcg, is that 100 mcg’s for the ghrh and ghrp as it’s taken separately and not a blended formula

100 of each, doesnt matter if blended or separate.
just want to get 100 of each. 100 is the starting dose. most are going to be better off with 200 each to reach full muscle saturation
but understand tesa needs higher dosing. 2mg a day is the recommended amount but cutting that to 1mg only showed a 14% decrease in levels...so protocol should be according to your budget

What is the cycling protocol for this combo? I haven't seen anything conclusive. I have seen sticking with "5 on/2 off" indefinitely, but I have also see that you should cycle every 8-12 weeks.
I've been doing this combo with BPC for 7 weeks and have had some good results, but I'm wondering if I should pause after my vial runs out net week.

are you doing cjc 1295 with DAC or are you doing cjc with no DAC aka GFR 1-29?

then no need to get off. can if you want, but gfr and ipam are just optimizing your igf levels to an extent.
