Looking for recommendations on supplements to help with knee pain.

Over 50 and started to up my workouts (by up my workouts, I mean that I am starting again). Knee pain is not acute, but dull and continuous unless moving to a standing position. I am guessing that it is age, so I am looking for a supplement first. Any of them out there that actually seem to work? Thanks in advance.

I don’t know about supplements but I was having knee issues running and started wearing one of those knee sleeve things. No more pain and only cost $15.

this. instead of taking a supplement to mask or maybe help a tad in the pain department, look into the athletic truth group knees over toes protocol and rebuild your knees to where they are pain free using thier methods. works great and is a great workout.
every step has regressions and progressions.

I use glucosamine and chondroitin as joint supplements. Just sayin’.

Tore my meniscus last year and really struggled through the winter. Thanks to this, I’m almost back to normal. All I do now is “zero” everyday + 10min of sled work and I’m solid. Do my old program (Power Athlete Field Strong) scaled a bit afterwards.
Without the KOT stuff I’d still be clueless. Chose to avoid surgery thanks to it
