Ok just got my cardarine....UPDATE

Read the previous thread as well as online. Guys what are your recommendations? on dosage....came with a dropper unmarked with dosage and a plunger in "ml" increments. TIA

if it is 20mg per ML then get a 1 ML dropper syringe at the drugstore. Take 1 ML (20 mg) and squirt it in your mouth. Take 1 hour before workout on all workout days (cardio and lift days) 4 weeks on then take 2 weeks off then 4 weeks on and then take a couple months off.

This is how I got the best results. You dont need to take the weeks off and take it every day, even your off days to keep it in your system. After 12 weeks, take 6 weeks off before starting it again. And yes, it tastes like old feet. I mixed it with flavored water or my preworkout.

It's something you should consider taking when you've got some years of good lifting and nutrition in. Take it too early and you won't ingrain solid lifting and diet and gains will evaporate when you stop using.

Yea just stick to the essentials. Cardrine is considered a PED.

Just put a sip of water in your mouth and squirt it in there and swallow at the same time. Most of the time I don't even taste it.

How long have people been taking this? Long enough for side effects to be tested yet at the normal dosage? (Not the 200mg mice dosage)

I believe the 200 mg mice dosage when converted to human metabolic rate is only like 30mg/day. But the test was run for an extraordinary length of time as well.

76mg I believe. Would have to run the numbers again. Either 76 or 90 but I do know it was much higher than 30 when I converted everything.
