Pre-workout question (caffeine-free)

Do non-stimulant or caffeine-free pre-workouts exist? I’m caffeine sensitive (medical/bladder) and can only have really low amounts or I feel like I’m peeing a burning ring of fire so I try to avoid it.
Any suggestions on brands if it exists would be appreciated.

Yes, lots.
Search on Amazon non-stimulant preworkout. Redcon1 Big Noise, Pump Surge, Gorilla, Animal Pump.

Consider buying the sups individually and doing your own stack. I’ve been doing this for years and love it cause caffeine pre workout drinks give me headaches.
I do creatine, beta alanine, citrulline malate, and a squirt of Mio.

I find that Metcon Start pre-training to work well for me and it is caffeine free. Unfortunately you have to get it from 5 Star and deal with their salespeople.

This is my exact pre-workout too. I used to get flavor from BCAA, but decided all it was providing me was the flavor.
Only deal with citrulline is it’s ~60min before it’s at max effectiveness, so it’s not ideal for shorter workouts.

"Genius Pre" mixed with some Optimum Nutrition Creatine Capsules has been awesome!
Both can be found on Amazon Prime.

Social media got everyone thinking they need to dry scoop 300mg caffiene pre-workout. I will say it again it's not needed. If you want to spend extra money on 95% crap go ahead.

So, I’m a former athletic trainer. I also worked out for years before a long hiatus due to health issues.
I used caffeinated pre-workout before and it gave me a nice boost when I was working out earlier in the day and had a full week with work/social life. I’m at a point where I can’t have a lot of caffeine.
TL;DR: frick off

OP i like hemavol as a pump product. doenst really do anything as far as building muscle but does give a nasty pump which feels good.

I never used them until recently. I use caffeinated ones though. It's like getting a little slap in the face to wake you up and realize it's time to hit it.

If you aren't using caffeine, you are absolutely right. Supplement like beta allenine and creatine work, but they don't do anything as a pre-workout.
I'll get downvoted by a bunch of guys that do three sets of bench and then go home and put their CPAP on though

I make my own now with a Monster or C4 but when I was scooping my pre it was Woke AF/Bucked Up or N.O. Xplode. They’ll for sure put some hair on your chest.
