I’ve been trying quest cookies
They are keto friendly but I think the total fat is 17g, sugars are 1 g.
Thanks in advance

Barebells. 200kal 20g of protein. Does have 1g of sugar and alcohols and not keto friendly. Damn good though. Expensive.

I’ve really been reading on most of the ingredients in all of this so-called healthy protein food. Screw that. I will be getting my proteins from foods that I know where it comes from.

I quit eating protein bars. Plenty of ways to accomplish the same goal without all the excess junk in the bars:

Small Tupperware with 1/4 cup of steel cut oats and a scoop of peanut butter (add some dark chocolate or fruit if you need it sweet).

Cottage cheese with the above as well. Or you can add whey protein power as well.

Add flax and/or chia seeds for more fiber and protein.

In a pinch, I'll look for the quest bar with the least ingredients and sugar. The peanut butter cups are good.

I thought these were pretty healthy. Decent protein and fiber in them. Then I read the ingredients...no bueno.

I quit eating protein bars. Not worth it with all the BS they put in there.

Yes, that is ideal but take a look at the ingredients of the 2 I shared. They are pretty clean if you are in a pinch for food.

Earth Fed Muscle has pretty good bars. The chocolate brownie and peanut butter ones are pretty good.

Online only, and not cheap

I Drink a 30 g premier protein shake before I go to the gym. When I get back, I scramble five eggs. Then I achieve my protein throughout the day eating healthy.

Kirkland brand bars have 20g for 190 calories at slightly over a dollar each.

That’s the cheapest most convient I have found. I keep them in my backpack for work.

Second the barebells bars. Great for when I’m in a pinch at work and literally have no other food options.

Robert Irvine Fit Crunch. I did these when bulking and needed something in a pinch, but as others have said it’s better to get protein from whole foods.

But they are the best tasting ones I’ve tried.

Have you tried Anabar? It's almost like a candy bar with protein..
