When I’m on the road and need some protein, I get the vanilla powder and add whole strawberries and blueberries. It has a good amount of protein (45g), but I don’t know if it’s lacking anything else to be a good muscle builder?

The base gladiator is literally just their protein powder and I think water. It is as good as any protein shake really. My go-to for meal replacement is a small chocolate gladiator with banana and peanut butter

Hulk definitely tastes better, it’s almost a dessert.

Have you ever gotten a small hulk? I've seen it. Travesty.

Na smoothie King sucks, sugar packed bullshite. If I am drinking calories it will just be a quick protein shake I make myself. Not paying for that shite, would rather just go get a bad arse malt if I'm paying

Don't ever remember them tasting any better than the smoothies I make at home either.

The secret to a good smoothie is to omit the ice. Use a frozen banana & strawberries instead. frick paying Smoothie King for a drink that is 50% water. And GTFO with your $1 extra for peanut butter.

The only real fruit in a Smoothie King smoothie is the banana. Everything else is soaked in sugar and blended up with ice cream.

That shake is like 560 calories for a small, they add a lot of peanut butter.

I missed this earlier.

I do. My usual subway order is a 6" double rotisserie chicken on multigrain flatbread (6g fiber per 6" sandwich) with ton of veggies and buffalo sauce.
