Those who have used BPC157 for injury recovery. I want some advice.

I’m about to start a BPC157 regiment along with physical therapy for a nagging pec and hamstring strain. Did you all notice any benefits when injecting straight into the muscle vs sub-q?
Also, my BPC is 15mg prior to constitution. What were your optimal dosages? My injuries are pretty minor and from what I’ve read, 500mcg/day should suffice. Just looking for some real world advice since I know several people here have used it.

Was it a recent injury or been there for awhile?
I’ve done it twice. Once when I had a pretty severe injury to my calf from a dog bite and I had a lot of success with rapid recovery.
Second time I tried it for a low back/SI injury and it more or less reduced inflammation and provided a band aid to the injury which kept coming back.

Pulled my pec pretty bad about 7 months ago..did nothing but ice and rest and it healed up fine in about a month. I didn’t re-pull it, I just feel some tenderness in the past few days in the same spot where I pulled/tore it. I’m still starting physical therapy this week due to it still flaring up. I figured the BPC wouldn’t hurt the healing/recovery process.

I used it once for my neck, I don’t think it help my neck exclusively, however it did help my body as a whole recover quicker from training.
Next time I’m considering stacking it with tb 500
Currently I’m on tesamorelin, tirzapetide, and my weekly test cypionate at 200 mg/ml

well i tried using it for my knee....turns out i had some tumors in there and bpc certainly aint gonne help that.
from expierence of others, seems best results are when stacked with tb500 and then injected as close as possible to injury

Would I still inject it subq in the pec area or just go IM? I’ve read a lot of conflicting things.

I used it for some insane tricep tendinitis on both elbows. No relief unfortunately. It did help my shoulder tho

ive ran a couple of bpc/TB stacks.
once i think it may have helped (tendinitis).
other times (various injuries) i dont think it did much at all. I dont think its effects are as miraculous as people make it out to be. Good PT and rest will do much more. I'm not saying dont run it but maybe keep expectations realistic.
the BP i inject generally near the injury but SQ. TB i would inject directly into injured tissue, which can be painful depending where.

Thanks for the info, everyone.

I'm currently treating right elbow tendonitis with the BPC157/TB500 right now. Last year it healed my left elbow tendonitis.
Sub q in the elbow area is a bitch, but I've got it down now.
I reconstitute 2 ML for 5 MCG, 3 ML for 10MCG, and 3 ML for 15MCG.
I've bought from Xcel Peptides akd Peptide Sciences. Peptide Sciences is more expensive and a better product IMO.
It seems to be working as I did pullups tonight and my elbow doesn't hurt...yet.

I got the 15mg, so I’m guess I’m going to use 3ml bac water

Here's a calculator that will help you with your dosages.
LINK
3ML of BAC water will give you a full bottle. I inject 600mcg twice daily. Take 90 minutes before you eat and then don't eat for 90 minutes after.
Watch YT videos on how to reconstitute so you don't damage your peptide. Once that needle goes in, the vacuum will suck that bac water in hard. You have to hold it tight and let it in gently.
Also, chatgtp ia a great source of info. Will even recommend some quality companies to buy from.

You get started yet? Going ok so far?

Should get started next week. I’ll post an update after like a month of BPC and therapy. Thanks for the link and advice.

Only a few doses in, but I feel like him healing up well. Zero tenderness anymore, though I am working with a strength coach twice per week. I will start working back towards heavier presses in the next few weeks.
Zero pain from the subq injections near my pec minor area.

Anyone using higher doses for a week or 2? I have some elbow tendinitis that’s killing me on push days so I started 2mg/day of BPC/TB4 this week. So far I feel like there’s some improvement but I also took it easy on triceps yesterday. I’m going to run 2mg a day for 2 weeks then resume 500mcg.
