Best quality RTA cabinets brand?

I'm going to start renovating my kitchen in the next few months and am trying to research cabinet companies. I'm a huge DIYer and will be tackling this project myself to avoid as much markup costs as possible. I've seen some good things about RTA cabinets but I don't know where to start in that search so does anyone have any recommendations for RTA cabinets that I could use as a starting point? I want quality stuff, no particle board and preferably all solid wood. I'm looking for stuff that will last and won't force me to do this all over again in 10 years.
Thanks in advance.

So many cabinet makers are using MDF or HDF or some version of fiberboard. I hate it. There was one advertising "solid wood framing, No MDF" and it was on referring to the face frames... the boxes were ply which is fine and the doors where MDF.
How DIY are you? Building boxes for cabinets is super easy and you can buy the doors premade and have some solid cabinets. If you don't have a jointer and planer then doing the face frames would be really expensive buying finished hardwood.

I've renovated the entire house as well as my mancave and now the kitchen is the last to be done. That said, building cabinets is my kryptonite. I've tried it in the past and I just can't do it, it's beyond my scope of capability

Where are you located? In South LA there are tons and tons of custom cabinet shops that can build them for you. It’s always been difficult for me to understand going outside of this process, particularly if you have specific desires for quality. If you were okay with particle board and wanting cheap, then RTA may make a lot more sense.
As mentioned, building boxes and frames is super easy. Even without a jointer/planer, you can use S4S material and not spend a fortune. If you’re okay with MDF doors or are into the shaker/recessed panel, you can just have a shop build them for you.
I built most of my cabinets myself and just had a shop run the doors and drawer fronts.

Don’t think I would do that. Even if you get “all wood” cabinets, it’s subject to be quite rough, and usuall with plastic hangers that are stapled into the carcass with what looks like light duty staples for the drawer slides. If none of these is the case, then maybe go ahead with the assemble it yourself kits. But I don’t think you will be satisfied long term.
The cabinet guy I use is very competitive with the semi-custom cabinets from Lowe’s.
Cabinet doors is about the only place I’m okay with MDF, if you want paint grade.
Kinda rambled a bit, apologies.

I haven’t seen a single RTA company that uses particle board in the research I’ve done so far. My current cabinets were built by the owner of a very reputable cabinet shop in Ascension Parish before I bought the house and he used particle board for the shelves. They’re less than ten years old now and are already falling apart. Total disaster.

If you have a cabinet saw or Euro slider and know what you are doing. They certainly aren't hard in the pantheon of woodworking but I would not call them "super easy".

I would rather build raised front doors and drawer fronts all day than build boxes! The only issue is you really want a shaper and power feeder to make 5 piece doors.
