Dollar weed .... how to kill it?

I’ve sprayed twice with mix of altrazain and ferti-lome weed free zone and done an application of granular weed and feed. This stuff still is hanging around.

Dude my dollarweed will not die either. It'll disappear after a treatment and comes back meaner than ever. I've almost given up.
The only lawn weed I haven't been able to get rid of completely. I think it's because my neighbor has a goat ranch looking front yard and it contaminates my property.

MSM or Celsius but you have to use a surfactant otherwise it won't work.

Try MSM Turf (metsulfuron methyl), 1/8 teaspoon (0.5 grams) per gallon of water with 2 teaspoons of spreader/sticker (surfactant). About $25 for a 2 oz bottle and that bottle should last 3 or 4 years. Give a few weeks to work, with follow up sprays as needed.
I have a little dollarweed in low spots but I don’t have an issue keeping it controlled/in check with MSM.

You have to wait and treat on the dips.

Go to Site One and get one jar of Celsius and a gallon of the surfactant. Mix one teaspoon of the Celsius to a gallon of water, and add 1 oz of the surfactant. Shake it up, and absolutely douse the dollarweed. Check on it in about 3-4 weeks, repeat. It should be turning yellow by that point. Make sure we don't have any rain within 3 or so days after you treat it. You may have to hit it another 2-3 times to get it.
That's what worked for me. Expect to have some bare spots in your yard where the dollarweed once was. You could just go buy some seed and some topsoil and get the grass to catch there, or just fertilize it.

I hit some spots in my yard about 2 weeks ago with MSM and it's finally starting to yellow. I'll probably hit them again soon.

The MSM works well, but be patient. You won't see results for over a week.

I don't have Dollar Weed but I do have an abundance of oxalis and that stuff is almost impossible to get rid of. It sets little root balls in the ground as plants mature and more plants come from those little balls.
I've sprayed it, dug it up and pulled as much as I could find, but there's always some left and it's just a matter of time before it comes back with a vengeance.
Nut grass and bush killer vine have nothing on oxalis

It disappears in the summer anyway

Penoxsulam herbicide. A Ferti-lome granular product called “Dollarweed killer” at local nurseries.
It’s also in Bio-Advanced weed and feed granules at Lowe’s. If you want to fertilize your grass at the same time.
All okay with St. Augustine grass

I was about to post a thread. I sprayed atrazine+fertilome in February and it seemed to knock out most.
I sprayed some MSM last week and it hasn't even touched it.
